Aerial Fitness is all about getting fit and having fun in a number of aerial gymnastic forms. We offer classes in aerial silks, hoop and rope. All of our instructors are qualified and insured and we have a wealth of experience in aerial arts.
Our main aim is to improve muscular strength and tone, improve flexibility and help increase your self-esteem and confidence. We want you to have fun while getting fit in a friendly, relaxed environment and leave on what we call an ‘aerial high’.
We do limit the spaces we have in each class so everybody gets a full workout and enough help and instructor attention. All abilities are welcome (we will help you gain the skills you need to get fit the fun way) everybody starts somewhere, what excuse have you got?

Rachel Garrod is a PhD qualified physiotherapist who provides specialist home physiotherapy in the Marbella area for people with long term conditions. She is an expert in the delivery of exercise for people with chronic health problems, such as; diabetes, COPD, renal failure and hypertension. She also teaches breathing retraining and provides physical activity therapies for people with cardio-respiratory conditions, such as asthma, hyperventilation, and its associated panic disorders. Rachel has completed a level 2 NHS Stop Smoking award and has been trained in the use of psychological interventions such as counselling, mindfulness and she is a certified in the practice of therapeutic hypnotherapy.
Rachel relocated in Marbella 2013 and now works as a Consultant Physiotherapist for High Care Hospital, Atlantic Clinic and Triay Biomedical Center.
